Originally recorded in 1990 with the band called, Doc Mason & Good Medicine, it was originally a 12 song cassette. However, due to some technical misfortune, the release of the project was abandoned until I was able to move the 8 track reel to reel cuts onto my computer based system in order to remix the original tracks in 2003. There was an additional track that was not released on the original cassette format that is now included. Yes, it took over 30 years to get this right, but the important thing is, I finally got it right. I wrote all the songs with the exception of "San Antonio Moon" and "Grown-Ups At Play," which were written and sung by my band-mate, long-time friend and multi-instrumentalist, Jim Christian. These songs were some of my early original songs that we played around Central Texas back then. Those were the days when we made music designed to make people feel like getting up and dancing.
